Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, in most cases, our products are warranted to the original purchaser for one year. Motor controllers are covered for 30 days. Batteries are covered for one year and guaranteed to charge to at least 80% of the original capacity.


I would like to make a warranty claim. What do I do?

Please check your original receipt to determine if the item is within the warranty period. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. If the issue can't be resolved via email or phone, the support technician will advise you on how to return the item for repair/replacement according to our warranty process for the item you bought.


My warranty has expired. Can I still make a claim?

Although your warranty has expired we will still work with you to repair or replace the defective part advising you of likely costs you will incur.
