The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

If pre-order is enabled for a product, it will say it is out of stock but still allow you to put it in your cart. Otherwise, in place of the "add to cart" button, there will be a "notify me when available" button you can select.

How often are items restocked?

Most items are restocked within three weeks. If it has been longer than that, please get in touch with us at [email protected].

I want to exchange an item, how do I do that?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to order the correct item you need and return the item you have. If time allows, once the return is accepted and you receive the credit notification, make a separate purchase for the new item.
