What is your shipping policy?
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Occasionally there may be postal service problems or extremely high order volume that causes further delays. We will try to notify you by email if possible.
Pre-Orders
We allow pre-orders on certain products that are not in stock. If this is the case, it will clearly state it on the product page with approximate delays before your order will be shipped. This allows first-come, first-served availability to customers waiting for high-demand products. If you have purchased a product on pre-order, you may cancel it at any time before it ships to receive a full refund.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are [11 am to 6 pm] on Tuesday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to Canada. We are working on expanding this to other countries soon.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Electrify Bike Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless the item is listed as a pre-order item on the product page.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
