Return, refund & exchange policy

  • No returns after 30 days from the day you placed the order. 
  • You must request a return authorization within 30 days of shipment notice from Electrify Bike Co. You must provide the order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
  • We must receive your return within 30 days of your return authorization.
  • All returns are subject to the 3% transaction fees that Shopify keeps and a 10% restocking fee on the total value of the returned parts based on your order invoice. Exchanges of an equivalent value will not be charged a restocking fee.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging.
  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for a return, including items that were attempted to be installed and show visible damage.
  • Return and original shipping costs are paid by the customer (shipping costs are withheld from the refund).

If an item you purchased from us has been installed on your bike or is otherwise open or lightly used, please contact us at [email protected]. We will try to accommodate your return less an additional fee as we cannot sell it as new.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue an RMA number and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Damaged batteries are hazardous materials that cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to order the correct item you need and then return the item you have for a refund. If time allows, request a return, and once the return is accepted and you receive the credit notification, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. See above for details.


Do you offer refunds?

Yes, in accordance with the above return and refund policy.


Can I return a sale item?

Yes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
